The cutting fluid for each grinding machine in the grinding section of the electrode workshop usually adopts a single-cycle system. After using the cutting fluid for a period of time, there will be abrasive grains from the grinding wheel and metal tungsten particles in the fluid. When polishing the workpiece surface, these particles will cause defects and affect the surface quality. At the same time, the cutting fluid must be removed and replaced in a timely manner. The rough grinding section requires disassembly and replacement every 5 days, and the fine grinding section requires disassembly and replacement every 3 days. The centralized filtration system is the development trend of modern wet processing filtration.

Compared with the single-machine circulation system, the advantages of centralized filtration are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
